The role of Director of Finance and Corporate Services is responsible for the advising on and delivering effective strategic and operational management of the Associations and its subsidiaries Castlehill Housing Trust and Castlehill Solutions, Finance, IT and Corporate Services functions.
The Finance Manager role is to be responsible for all operational aspects of the Castlehill Group’s finances and provide management of the Finance department and provide high quality financial information and support and maintain and develop the Group’s financial software modules included with the integrated housing management software system (QL).
Senior Finance Officer
The role of Senior Finance Officer is to provide high quality financial information for the Association’s subsidiary companies, Castlehill Housing Trust, and Castlehill Solutions Ltd. The role will support the Finance Manager in the maintenance and development of the Association’s housing software – QL and supervise the operation of the Purchase Ledger for all 3 companies, providing guidance and support to the Finance Officers and Assistant(s).
The role of Finance Assistant is to carry out Purchase ledger data entry, to ensure at-a-glance summary of status of invoices. Ensure all invoices are paid within terms of contract, maintain invoice files and process the payment runs and associated administration within the department.
