Our strategic plan is to show our ambitions for the direction of the Association for the next three years.
Castlehill is proud of our achievements to date and we look forward to the future, building on successes and learning from our mistakes. We want to ensure we move with the times without losing the values that have served the company, we are an organisation that is of a scale but not so big as to be remote from the people we house and provide services for.
Our Vision is to be recognised as a leading provider of high-quality affordable homes in the North East of Scotland and as an organisation that cares about people.
The plan highlights a number of objectives we will be trying to achieve and our strategy will show how we hope to do this taking into account external factors including the requirements of regulatory bodies and the Strategic Planning role of Local Authorities help to determine the working environment of the Association.
