Built in 2017, five miles from Aberdeen, this scheme is part of the new Countesswells development, a new community located on the western outskirts of the city, close to woodland areas. Located close to the new Western Peripheral Route the scheme has good access to North and South of Aberdeen and is between the suburbs of Cults and Westhill.
We have 39 general needs properties in a mix of sizes.
We have 2 x one bedroom and 28 x two-bedroom flats at Countesswells Park Avenue and 9 x two-bedroom houses. There is no public transport serving this area at present, so having own transport is advisable. The nearest shop is in Kingswells and there is a Tesco supermarket in Westhill. Countesswells Park Avenue is in the catchment zone for Airyhall Primary School and Hazlehead Academy. No dogs are allowed in the flatted properties, though house cats may be considered. One dog or cat is allowed in the houses.
