Festive Season opening hours

Our offices have been closed to the public since March, with our staff working from home.  During the festivities, staff will be on holiday from 1 pm on Tuesday 24 December 2020 and the phones will transfer to our emergency repairs service. Phone lines will re-open on Tuesday 5th January 2021 at 9 am.

Scammers beware! If it seems odd – it probably is.

A small benefit to lockdown has been a distinct lack of scammer calls. Unfortunately, as we eased out of the restrictions, the calls have restarted. One that is quite common is the call that tells you that there is an issue with your TV license. We can offer this basic advice. STOP. CHECK. ASK.
