Duty of Candour Events
The Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act 2016 received Royal Assent on 1 April 2016 and introduced a new organisational duty of candour on health, care and social work services. As a provider of registered Housing Support services, Castlehill is obliged to publish an annual statement on Duty of Candour Events.
Castlehill Housing Trust – new name and new Board members
CHA subsidiary company, Castlehill Housing Trust is celebrating its new name with three new people joining the board. Nicola Shand, Allan Manson and Lyn Cullum are the first people to join the board as Castlehill representatives since the name changed from GCCCT last year. Their appointment takes the Trust to a full complement of Board Directors.
Changes to your tenancy
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 introduced an updated Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement (SSTA), this new updated tenancy agreement will be used by Castlehill from the 1st of May 2019 onwards.
Changes to Allocation Policy
The Association has reviewed the Allocation Policy following the introduction of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014.
