Coronavirus update

Castlehill is working within govt advice to maintain as full a service as we can, without compromising tenants or staff health. Up to date information on the current services we can provide is available here.

Please bear with us, everyone is pulling together to ensure that we continue to provide you with the services you need throughout this difficult time.

Your Guide To Your Tenancy

We’ve created a handbook with the help of tenants, for tenants. It has been designed as a guide to refer to at the start, during and at the end of your tenancy.

Coronavirus update – office closed from March 24th.

Castlehill Housing Association is following all Government recommendations to stay at home. This will be implemented for the foreseeable future.  The Association is trying to minimise the risk of infection to staff and tenants; therefore, your help and co-operation is needed to achieve this.

You can still report emergency repairs via the website or the repairs line 01224 628104 – although some restrictions may apply because of the current situation.

Staff will be available for tenant enquiries as usual on 01224 625822 and information and updates will be provided via our website. Housing staff will be carrying out welfare checks with our tenants, just to make sure you have the help you need throughout this difficult time.  Staff will try to ensure that the right support is being put in place, and if required will point you to information and organisations available. You may receive a call from a staff member – and if you have concerns you can call the office on 01224 625822.

The Association will continue to monitor the advice given by Government and will adapt our working practice in line with their recommendations.  Please check back for further updates.
