The majority of our homes are general needs housing. This means properties available for affordable rent to anyone over the age of 16.
We have general needs stocks in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. General needs accommodation consists of flats and houses. These properties are a variety of sizes including studio flats, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties. Some properties have their own gardens, whilst others have services provided to clean common areas and maintain communal garden space.
These properties are let to tenants using a Scottish Secure Tenancy agreement. This tenancy provides tenants with many rights and responsibilities.
