Offering housing for older people in a safe and secure property with staff onsite to provide housing management services. These schemes promote Independent Living with the capacity to signpost tenants to other services should needs change to allow you to live independently in the home for as long as possible. Our schemes have Community Alarm systems so tenants can call for help in an emergency. All properties have gas heating and there is a call system and fire alarm system throughout the scheme.
Castlehill provides a housing support service at this scheme. Their staff are normally on duty each day from 9 am to 12 pm each day. When staff are not on duty, support for tenants is provided by RCC/Community Alarm.
