We are particularly delighted to say that despite issues like staff shortages, our property services team, are more than hitting targets and KPIs as set out by the regulator. Key Indicators for reactive repairs and compliance are higher than they were last year and better than many other RSLs across Scotland.

It is especially pleasing to have done so well during a period of change and the restructure of the department with a focus on compliance and repairs.’
