Our Independent Living Schemes offer housing for older people in a safe and secure property with staff onsite to provide housing management services.  These schemes promote independence with the capacity for staff to signpost tenants to other services as their needs change to allow them to live independently in their home for as long as possible.

Community alarm is installed throughout the schemes and also in individual properties and this allows contact with staff when on duty. The alarms are connected to the Regional communication centre which is staffed all day every day and can deal with most situations that may arise.
