Great Survey results!

Our property services team have been working closely with our ground’s maintenance contractors to ensure schemes experience the best possible service.

Castlehill conduct a grounds maintenance survey earlier this year for the schemes we directly provide the grounds maintenance service for (excluding factored schemes). 1354 satisfaction surveys were sent out with an 8% dissatisfied response rate received. Castlehill property services staff have followed up on each dissatisfied response received with tenants who left their contact details. Staff have discussed the concerns raised and advised of the work that has been done with the contractors to rectify the issues.

The Property Services team conduct regular estate inspections to ensure the grounds maintenance along with other repairs are maintained to the correct standard with tenants invited along twice per year. Castlehill values all feedback and concerns received from tenants to help us continually provide the high levels of service required.
