Installation of the superbead product and Switchee energy monitoring device in each of the property which will improve energy efficiency for our tenants. Work is ongoing and Property Assets hope that we will complete these works by end November.

Phil Nicol, Property Services Manager says, ‘The funding that has been awarded for these works that will improve the thermal efficiency of these properties and contribute to a reduction in energy bills for our tenants. The sensor technology will also provide data that can be used to assist our tenants in many ways.’
