You should never make alterations to your property without written permission from Castlehill.
To discuss alterations you should call your Housing Officer or your Property Services Officer. You should receive our written permission before going ahead with any changes to your home. If you carry out alterations without written approval, you will be recharged for the cost of restoring the property to its previous condition. A form is available here to fill in and post to the property services department.
