New windows -help towards net zero goals

As part of our rolling programme of upgrades to our properties, we have just recently installed new triple glazed PVCu windows at Tomnabat Court.

These new windows will go some way to making our properties more energy efficient and is part of our ongoing commitment to our Net zero goals.

Snagging continues, but we have had some very positive feedback from tenants who are pleased with the new windows.

The next scheme to benefit from our planned maintenance programme is Cromar Court and Foudland Court. Cromar Court is next up to get new windows which have just recently finished barring the snagging. The residents at this scheme will also be getting new air source heat pumps linked to solar panels which will replace the existing oil-fired central plant boiler. The works at Foudland Court are to replace the original windows with new triple glazed PVCu windows. This should see a major improvement to both sites and each will benefit the tenants with a far more energy efficient home.
