Castlehill manages almost 2000 properties throughout Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. Each year we have a programme of planned refurbishment and upgrades carried out scheme by scheme. Work is carried out dependent upon the age and condition of the property and meet, and continue to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and the Energy Efficiency Standard for Scottish Housing (EESSH).
We have a planned maintenance programme for updating kitchens and bathrooms across our schemes over the next few years. There have been delays to this due to the Covid pandemic, we are confident that we can resume this as soon as possible.
