Castlehill’s planned 2025 maintenance programme continues with work on new windows and doors at Cromar Court, Tomnabatt Court and Stevenson Court. These triple glazed units will go a long way towards improving energy efficiency especially when we are all concerned with the cost of living.
Castlehill’s policy of replacing kitchens and bathrooms continues but we do this on a stock condition basis, which means it depends on the condition of the existing kitchen and bathrooms.
