Castlehill HA wants to continue to provide good quality homes at affordable rents. We will always do our best to keep rents as low as possible, whilst meeting our financial obligations and looking after our housing stock. The cost-of-living crisis affecting everyone, and the many inflationary pressures which the association has been facing, make it especially important that our consultation with our tenants finds the right balance between rent affordability and the need to maintain our services and  continue investing in our homes.

 We are asking our tenants to give their opinion on the our proposed rent increase.  Please fill in the form and return it to us by Monday 25th November.
