The time it will take for repairs to be carried out depends on how serious they are. All response repairs are classified in three categories, with different target response times.

|3||Routine Repairs||15 working days|
|4||Non Urgent||90 working days|
The repair category (1, 2, 3 or 4) is noted on works orders issued to contractors, and a copy will be issued to you after you report a repair.
