We use our newsletter to let you know about changes to the organisation’s policies and procedures, advise of information which may help with tenancy’s and signpost to external organisations. Our new name, Castlehill Connects,
was voted for by tenants, with a lucky winner from Ellon claiming the£50 voucher prize draw. Thank you to
everyone who took part.

The renamed Castlehill Connects gives a new look and a useful way to let you all know about our exciting new digital offering our tenant portal – My Home.  My Home gives tenants a digital way to manage their tenancies, enabling them to pay their rent, report repairs and access important documents and information as well as many other things.

Invites to sign up for the portal are being sent on the run up to Christmas. Please look out for it.
