LEZ may mean a different route to our offices

Next month Aberdeen City Council will be rolling out the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) across the city. Castlehill offices are located at the outer edge.

From June 1st, all cars entering the LEZ will need to comply with the emission standards set by the government or they will incur a penalty.  You can check if your car meets the emission standards here. The LEZ will operate 24/7 all year and if you drive into it, you will receive a fixed penalty charge of £60 (reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days).

You may have to adopt a different route into the Office so to help there is information on the LEZ available on the City Council website.

There will be a final reminder that the LEZ is operational when it launches.
