This page includes information about Castlehill’s relationship with Regulators. These are things we must meet to comply with regulations.
The Scottish Housing Regulator has published a guide for tenants and service users which explains how they regulate. You can read this here. The Scottish Housing regulator has also made two short videos about who they are and what they do and one explaining how to raise a concern about a social landlord which should help you understand the role they play in regulating to protect the interests of tenants, people who are homeless, and others who use social landlords’ services.
Castlehill’s engagement plan with the Scottish Housing Regulator is available to read here.
